I just got a 3pack of Sherwood 9950 Thibault's and they were 5lbs in the packaging as per the UPS tag.

That's soooo comfortable and closes very nicely! I didn't get a chance to try the 90 degree version so I'm getting the 60 degree.

I ordered a half dozen 9950 sticks from LOTC and his place of business. I sent them a stick I was comfortable with (last season's pro Fleury from DS, this season's has more paddle height BTW) and had Sher-Wood duplicate it. It has a natural shaft with silver writing on top of a white paddle with navy letters outlined in silver. It turned out crisp. The curve is dead on and the only thing that feels a bit different is the shoulders of the paddle; the angle is changed just a bit.
I had to take off the nameplate though. I didn't want to deal with the guys giving $Hit to me over that.

Thanks again to LOTC and his shop.

Was it your own name? They shouldn't give you trouble over that.

Does anybody use the C5 Gloves? I need a set of gloves for inline, I've been using my Koho gloves that I really like for both Ice and inline but inline is wearing them out prematurely.

For the price it seems like the C5's would be a great set that I wouldnt have to worry too much about damging on sealed concrete/sportcourt.

I like them. Bought them about a month ago and have had them out 5 times so far. Didn't take much to break in. But I also don't have much for comparison as it is the first set of gloves I've had on in 10 years and as my friend puts it, have hobbit hands.

edit: Got mine here:

Great price, until the damn brokerage fees. Which compared to the prices at the local shop was still a great deal.
