P2 pad problems

Ok i have some P2's got them like 5 days ago. for 1 did anyone elses toe laces break the first time you used them? i just put a bunch of nots in so they dont cut. Also does anyones drag on the group? its mostly my toe strap you know the circle that hangs off the pad for the laces to go through. and when i get in my stance the tip of the inside of the pads touched the ice. might just be to big for me.

the boot part of the pad is possibly too big for you, or you may have them too loosely strapped?

I had this problem with my Battram Fury. What I did, I kept the loose at the toe lace but tighten the boot strap to the point where it doesn't stop the pad to rotate, but still pull the pad back on the skate.

You can try to keep the boot strap loose and the tie as well, but tighten the ankle strap. Chack which one works better.
