the point of this thread is to show how shady a certain ebay seller who appears to sell a lot of goalie gear is.

Since people buy a lot of goalie gear here, what is wrong with that?

Perhaps the title could be more descriptive and less tongue in cheek but I am mostly left scratching my head as to what your deal is.

I think that the implication was that this would have been better taken care of by a courteous PM to one of the mods, who could then decide what course of action to take with this thread.
