A 34" pad has a knee break at one height. A 36" pad has a knee break at a height 1 1/2" to 2" higher than that. So, the knee break will be diagonal, not straight (which is not the case on those pads). Also, the knee lock will be installed at a certain location on a 34" pad, and 1 1/2" to 2" higher on a 36" pad. That would make the knee lock crooked as well.

I think someone has misunderstood something he was told.
I think the deal is, the knee break -real or cosmetic - is at 34 +4 on the FACE of the pad.

The knee lock however, is visibly higher...apparently at 36 +2. In the picture we can see that the break between the knee wing and calf wing is actually at the centre of the faux knee roll thingy.

So there is no diagonal, because we aren't actually talking inside and outside as we usualy understand those terms when applied to pads, but rather we are talking about the face of the pad and the leg channel.
Where the break is internaly ...who knows?
To me right now the bigger question is...why am I posting in a thread I couldn't possibly care less about

Ding ding ding, we have a winner. I wasn't talking about pad internals, there's no way to determine that unless you take the pad apart. Not that anyone should care about the insides of the pros' pads anyway unless you're making them

The lack of a bionic back of the trapper and a retail stick makes me believe that he was wearing demo gear, but that was just a thought that entered my mind on first glance.

to the debate considering "Henriks new gear"

I'm saying this things just by logics nothing else, i don't work for TPS or know Henrik so i'm pretty much guessing this.

Tps probably sent him Stock Demo Gear because he's only teaching during the camp he's at. If the kids (not only kids) see him wearing stock they will be more likely to buy the product, i'm I right? He has always been wearing the bionic backhand since it came out, much more comfortable than the others. Notice that the bionic part only covers the backhand, nothing on the front.

I saw someone wrote that he wore a response C/A, im not saying he doesn't but same here. He has always used the velocity and I have a photo of him when you can see he's wearing a velocity. But then again if they see him wearing it they will probably buy it. It's perfect for the company, he never plays in goal for these camps so the equipment is pretty much just for show, like a walking advertisment (?).

To finish it of I'm NOT a lundy hater or anything, i have myself got caught buying his stuff. They kick ass but would probably not buy them if it wasn't for him.

Still think he will keep the colours, looks pretty nice if you give it some time. Just like the R8 design.
