1/2". It's a pain in the ass sometimes around here because the sharpener will usually say, "Are you sure? That's real sharp, like for a player."
Durr hurr hurr. Pisses me off.

I have a suggestion. If you haven't already posted your weight, please go back and edit your post so that you list your weight as well as your hollow.
BTW, I weigh 135# and 3/4" hollow is good for me.

1/2" on Goalie, 3/8" on Player
195 lbs
I'm working my way up on Goalie, but I need to get my blades profiles first. Then I will see if I'm ready for 3/8" on my goalie skates.

The other day I dropped off my skates at Duke's in Toronto for a Body Profile sharpening. After talking it over with the guy, I got a 28' radius and 2mm higher in the back. Today I picked them up and went to Canlan for pickup hockey. Oh, these skates are nice now. So nice that while playing, I didn't even notice them. I just moved and skated and did what I wanted, and the skates never got in the way.

That's how it's supposed to be Timbey, shouldn't even have to think about skates or being on ice.

Just changed to...
The guy I bring all my skates to (girlfriend's skater skates, my skater skates and my goalie skates) does a good job. Unfortunately he "Only does goalie skates one way." I was having problems on harder ice surfaces and I found another guy to do the goalie skates and to try them sharper. The new guy said it looked like they were 5/8". We decided to go to 1/2" I tried it last night and it worked well. It helps for recoveries and allows for a wider stance. Of course, today I skated while it was 89 F out, humid and at a poorly insulated rink on soft ice and it was a little hard to move.
