Pinch those knees together, get a shorter stick, face your glove towards the shooter and get both hands down on top of the pads.

thats pretty much it. If you just got the knees together that would help it sooo much. The hands are just little extra things to make the butterfly that much better.


and lol to the edited pick with the arrows, thats pretty funny. no offense tho to Ian, just gotta get those pads to close up
