Yea it's all personal feel, i'm 5'8" and use a 24", i would go 23" but i can't find a senoir 23" and all the intermediates are too flimsy.

haha, sorry i couldn't resist.



i'm about 5'11" and i use a 26" paddle but it really does have more to do with what you feel comfortable with.
if the 26" doesn't feel quite right, switch it up. if it does, don't mess with a good thing.

Redwing your too slouched you need to sit straight up. Stick positioning is personal preference I lay mine like that so the puck jumps at my chest and control rebounds other then your slouche it looks good
