My input in this thread:
Just came home from a qualification game to the SEL between Malmö and Leksand.
And I noticed that Ed Belfour has atleast an inch lower inside than outside on his pads, Chakal style.
Any other goalies doing this?
Great game BTW, Both Ed and Jani Hurme played terrific. Malmö won 3-0

If you'd ask Chakal, he'd say he was doing it "Belfour-style"! Dominik Hasek has the tapered tops as well... It prevents a V-shape in the 5-hole when you butterfly, as is common with many pads.

Dunno, since my dads got free tickets. But around 200 SEK I think. (25 USD)
The game was great, havent seen Malmö play that well for a long time.
