The one95s are pretty much like rbks except they have a more complicated calf section and the knee stack setup is like tps (One big one and two really small ones). Also i hear there are going to be at least 7 more changes being made to the overall pad. When i say that i mean the pad in general in all areas.

Do you know of any other D1/Pro guys who will be in Brian's this year?

A few goalies at our goalie school were demoing different lines from Brian's this summer. They were also scheduled to wear them this up coming year. They play in the NHL, CCHA and also in the NAHL. I know 2 out of the 3 goalies at U of M will be wearing Brain's gear this upcoming year.

i myself from seeing the one 95's dont like them. They are like a rbk witha soft knee and a busy leg chanell hmmmmm sort of sounds like a brians and a vaughn but i have never been able to use them so i can't judge them very much but idc that much because right now i am a full on vaughn boy!

I'm a full on Vaughn boy, but I would like to try these. I've always liked the control you get with the small leg channel, but the breathing you get with the wide leg channel. The NB one95s look like they provide that. I wouldn't mind trying them out if I had the money.

Well, lucky enough for me, the Vancouver Giants are having their training camp about a 10 minute walk from my house to the LLC (aka Ladner Arena). I popped in for about 30 mins. today to have a watch. Some goalie tidbits I saw:

-5 of the 6 goalies there were wearing Vaughn V2's

-The other goalie was wearing some "old" Brians pads with knee rolls and a single break in the round outer roll. Would say graphics, but they were all white. "Sexy!"

-Most of the goalie had some pretty big gloves, I would not say NHL legal. Does the Dub have the NHL regs?

-I swear one of the goalies was using Slade's (boooo) old silver with maroon trim V2's. Looked the same, anyways. He was using a V3 blocker, and some sort of Vaughn catcher. Not the 5500, which Dustbin used to use.

That is all. For now.

EDIT: Just remembered, one of the goalies was wearing Epic pads/blocker, but a KOHO glove. Interesting.
