Have you ever used TPS pads  ? I have tried Exceeds and XLites, and have used R8s for a full year. That is certainly not a stock feature.

RD33 - Please refrain from quoting every picture, especially when yours is the very next post. All you have to do is delete out the image references, maybe leaving one in particular if it is needed to emphasize your point, or to let people know which set you are referring to if other pics have been posted since then.
