Greg Harrison Update

Allow me to first say that I can not even begin to evaluate the reliability of my source on this rumour. I literally heard this from a guy at Just Hockey today. If you read this, let me know.

Apparently Greg, who has been living in a warehouse (he just likes it there i guess), has been booted out of his home due to a massive rent increase and has been selling his possessions on eBay and living out of a cube-van. Apparently lots of hockey history is collecting dust in the back of a van.

It sounds so ridiculous but I thought people here might be able to confirm/deny/use this information (for good, not evil).

The man is the true epitome of the wacky artist. That said, I don't know if he's happy and enjoys where he is (certainly within the realm of possibility) or if he's in need of help.

Can anyone confirm/deny this rumour?

My friend has a business in Brampton just down the street from where Harrison's place is. I was there a month ago and drove by and Harrison's white truck was out front, so he was there at least a month ago. I'll likely be seeing my friend in the next week or so. I'll swing by and let you know if the place has been cleaned out. Just my opinion, but the area isn't exactly thriving and there are empty units in the surrounding buildings. I'd be doubtful that his landlord would kick out a paying tenant considering all of the empty spaces. I hope for Harrison's sake I'm right.

This should help people know who this thread is about.

Classicmask.com - The Maskmakers

If the info you post is true, as a goalie community, we should be more sensitive to this troubling news...especially you kiddies
