Yea, I have the New PSII C/A, the silver and black one, and I feel the Arms are way to long. I'm 5'8 and I have a Men's Medium. All the other parts of the C/A are perfect except for the arm length. Also it's built like an Tank.
Totally agree with you. I was going to get one, but the arms were killing me, either I had no belly protection and good arm length, or belly protection and i couldn't get my glove on.
