Help identify mask

Can anyone help me with getting some information on this mask?

All I know is that is a TPS. Not sure how old it is. There is no identifying tags, or stickers on it other than the certification.
On the inside top of the mask is etched "1145".

Any info on this mask would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I thought that it was weird that there was no model number or even a size any where on the mask. I was guessing that the mask was 5-7 years old. It's in fair shape. just some chipping around the edges and the back plate foam needs to be re-glued.

Thanks. Any idea on how old it is? I am assuming that this was a stock paint job by TPS.
