Custom Mickey Renued Sticker

Hey,

I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could buy or place an order for a custom mickey Renued Sticker for the back of my helmet #18. Mickey was the captain for the ohl team Windsor Spitfires and drafted by the calgary flames. Earlier this year he died suddenly while eating a pre-practice meal at his home with some of his teammate's there. The ohl made stickers for the league to wear mickey's #18 on their helmets(see picture), and I would like to get one to honor mickey. Thanks alot.
