Finally I can make a contribution to this thread haha.
John Unice of the Kitchener Rangers is sporting the "Stock Market Crash" graphic, that Wardo is using, for Team USA. It's the first picture in the link below.

Somebody mentioned that Price was using his old "Rodeo" mask yesterday instead of his "Garth Brooks/George Straith" mask. But he's using the "Rodeo" one since he came back from his injury:
He got a solid slapper to the mask yesterday from Crosby. I bet it rang because he didn't moved for like 4-5 seconds, but still stayed in paddle down, facing the puck during that time.

I dont' know who painted it, but the design was from an Itech Design a Mask winner in the 13 and up category.
