Washing my Maltese combo?

Can you wash a maltese combo? Would it be safe to machine wash it on delicate?

There's no need to take that risk.

I shower with mine. Hot water & the soapy runoff from washing my hair. There's not enough fabric there to worry about.

Phil has always suggested hand washing it with warm water. I use antibacterial Dial hand soap and just wash it in my sink, drip dry.

Fill your sink with warm water and put some soap in it, and soak your combo, and then just give it a quick rinse. Taking it in the shower makes sense, too.

LOL!! Thanks everyone for the help. I need to wash all my gear as it is starting to really stink again. The Combo was the only piece I was unsure about.
