Anyone have any experience ordering from Goaler One? I ordered pad covers on Sunday and have yet to receive them. I have made numerous calls and have not received a single return phone call. I finally spoke to the owner and he said he would personally follow up on my order and call me today to find out what went wrong. I called them a few times today and no return phone call.
The really frustrating thing is that I live only 90 minutes from their office and I paid for expedited shipping...now the earliest I can hope to receive my order is Tuesday( a full 8 days from the date I ordered)!
You've got to be kidding me, right?? I've started 45 threads and only 1 turned into a 'bitch-fest'...and u make a comment like that?
Apparently you didn't read this thread....I HAVE called them numerous times this week AND I emailed them. I'm not freaking out about this issue(yet), but I'm a bit pissed that I paid $12 to quick ship a very small/light pkg a total of 90 miles and it's not here yet.
Somehow(must be magic, I guess); GM is able to get my orders to me within 5 days of ordering and I only pay 'standard shipping'. I started this thread to find out what other's experience with Goaler One has been.
Did you talk to Jay Kirk? I think he owns it all, if he does i would really trust him, he used to run a local team but ran them into the ground and made them pay for ice that he never provided
Well the fact that a holiday weekend is coming up is probably just an unfortunate coincidence that you happened to fall upon to delay your shipping further.
Is anyone focusing on the fact that this guy has gotten nothing but garbage communication if any at all? Shipping delays are one thing - but not hearing back from people is pathetic.
Maybe the small amount of people that work in that department (I'm assuming its small because I've never heard of it) happened to take an early vacation? peoples summers are just ending and people wanna pound out their last vacations while they can.
In the end the pad covers will come. The delay sucks. Will posting a thread about it here solve anything? are you just looking for sympathy? I hope you don't start new threads like this every time something doesn't go your way....just sayin.....

Business 101 - Their vacations = not the customers' problem.
Unfortunately, yes I had basically the same issue minus the expedited shipping method. I placed an order for new pad covers and shoe sleeves and they lost the order. I first placed it via the phone and the guy said once I finally reached them after a month that they lost my info in a move. So I give it all again and several more weeks pass with nothing. After about 50 phone calls and 2+ months the guy who said he was the owner sent the items free of charge and apologized. I was completely annoyed but not to the thoroughly pissed mode because they had not charged me yet. Good luck!
UPDATE:
Jay Kirk finally emailed me today. He said in the email that FedEx lost 5 of his orders..including mine. He also apologized for his poor follow-up. I replied to his email...that I understood the whole FedEx deal, but asked for a discount to cover the expedited shipping I paid for and my inconvenience.
He replied with an offer to send me some new training DVD($30 value) that hasn't hit the shelves yet instead of a discount....which I guess is fine by me.
Had to laugh when I got a tracking number tonight from USPS...the postal service tracking numbers are useless. The track#s never update til a day AFTER the pkg gets delivered...oh well, I'll cross my fingers for a delivery tomorrow(Wed) afternoon.
