Fast, cheap, good.
Pick 2 out of the 3.
If you want it fast & cheap, it won't be good. If you want it good & fast, it won't be cheap! If you want it good & cheap, it won't be fast.
Check out the equipment forum stickies, there's a list of mask painters. Check out their websites, call some of them and tell them what you want.
Everyone here on the board has a favorite painter, myself included. Every painter has his own personal specialty of sorts, some are better at fine detail than others, and some are less expensive. My personal favorite is Tony Jarrett at Masked Expressions (
