Vapor Cowling Durability Confirmation

Everyone told me not to get the vapor cowlings but no stores had white cowlings in and I couldnt wait to order them. Well here's what happened to them!

Holy crap man! That sucks, doesn't http://www.goaliemonkey.com have CCM cowlings? I was wondering if they work with vapor boots myself?

that looks like its such low quality plastic compared to the other cowlings.

Bauer is really good about replacing defective product. I've sent back skates with broken cowlings that were off warranty for a long time, and they still replaced them for free. Once they replaced just the cowling, the second time they just gave me new skates.

XXX's or other skates? I've never seen the white cowlings break personally.

White and black, no Vapors.

I just got my vapor cowlings replaced with ccm white ones. Played 1 game with them so far and no problems. My vapor cowlings were cracking under the arch

Slapshot from a big defensemen, shoots pretty hard. No the toe is covered, I have Supreme SE3 leg pads.

Luckily it was just a training session so I was able to stop playing without worry, but now I have to figure out how to get some replacements for this week. Theres a Bauer rep at the rink around here so hopefully they can help out.
