RBK 8K int vs Cerberus 5

Hello,

I have done extensive research on this site but have not found answers to my questions. My ATK is ~ 16.25, I am about 5'7 or 5'8, and I used to wear 32 inch Cerberus 5 pads.

It fit pretty well. I am thinking about getting a pair of Int RBK 8K pads, same length as my Cerberus.

Would you say they fit pretty much the same length wise, including the thighrise?

I recently bought a used pair of V2 pads (32 inches), and my knee was kind of hitting the top of the cradle. I could not seal the 5 hole either...

Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

I used to have a pair of 32 inch Cerberus 5 pads and they fit good.

I was wondering if a RBK 8K INT pad would fit the same...and close the 5 hole as good.

I don't wear either, but based on this thread: Pad Size - ATK Database Project

the fit should be good. 5 hole closure I can't help with though.
I do wear v1's and I think the general consensis is that vaughns run small, and rbk and cerberus run big, so I suspect you would be fine in the rbk.

Yeah, I have a really nice V2 set (32 inch pads) that I would like to keep but 5 hole closure is bad and my knee hits the top of the knee cradle.

I finally got the 32 inch 8K pads

The rep at the hockey store I went to was trying to get me to buy the 33 inch 8K pad but for barely extra room, I thought it did not justify the price difference (around 280$)

I also put the 32 inch 8K pad beside the 33 inch and they are the same height?

I was wondering if there is a hidden + 1 sizing on the INT pad.

My ATK is around 16 to 16.25 so I think it will fit fine.

One last question, since the INT pad seems to be less stiff, was it better to get the original setup or get the turco flex. I am asking because I wanted to make sure the pad would not ''shrink'' or get so soft that I will loose some size.

Thanks!
