Need help to ship a goalie stick !!

Hi , i just sold a game used stick and i would like to have some tips on how to ship it .

package ... best carrier and fair price

I'm from Sainte-Julie QC and the stick have to go to Phoenix

Greyhound

The bus would probably be the cheapest, though maybe not the safest.
It may be worth checking out though.
