Vaughn 5550 blocker review

Hey guys (and girls?). I just recieved a new Vaughn 5550 Vision blocker from Source London (great shipping time, only took 3 days to get here and I ordered standard ground). I have a game this afternoon and I will give a review on it. One thing I can say though, this thing is really light and cumfy! Talk to ya later.

I just got back from the game. Wow! This blocker was awesome! The internal wrist cinch and the Bioflex cuff are great for stickhandleing.The board is nice and stiff the thumb offers great protection. My only complaint is that the finger protection is way overdone. The guards are too long and it makes it hard to pick up your stick. It is still pretty decent for paddle down. But again, the finger protection is so long that the stick doesn't seal against the ice completely. Maybe my hands are just a little small. But all in all, great blocker. Especialy for the price I got it at. i would highly recommend it. See ya.
