Paul, have you noticed if the new knee cup has eliminated the bruising/pinching that the old knee cup caused with the previous RBK knee pads? Bouch
Hi Nick....

YUP. For me at least, it totally eliminated that problem. There is more cushion around the bottom of the cup at the knee area.

After 4 uses the bottom velcro strap that holds the plastic plate has come undone. The seams have fallen apart. Not a major repair issue but it is frustrating considering the amount of time I have used them for.

I will take the plastic parts from anyone who will send a pair to me - send me a PM if you are looking to dump the extra plastic.

Thanks

Hi Gasser',
Why did you stop using boards? They work SO well for me! I love them. Thanks!
Cheers,
Leebo

Paul,

do you wear your knee lock on your PS2's when you wear these ?

I had issues wearing the knee lock with the knee pads on my gatekeepers but that was a small knee lock, maybe the P2's are wider..... thanks rob

I really haven't liked thighboards for quite a long time. I found that they weren't protecting me from the harder shots as well, they would crash into each other at times when jamming the 5 hole. I found also that depending upon how tight you had them, I couldn't get a fair balance between adequate pad rotation and protection.

Rob,

I wear the knee lock. The difference with the RBK knee lock is that it is longer and angled downward. Also the whole knee channel is wider as it is. Shouldn't be an issue for you.
