Ibrekki,

did you have a choice of a large or did they only have med?
Because i am 5"10" and 165lbs.. and i like the large.
I wish i could have tried on both to choice but that wasnt an option with ebay of course..
let me know how it plays for you..
Congrats!

I use a med

I use a medium. I'm 5'7" and 200lbs. I have short arms.

I guess the thinner foams and lack of a large chest plate means the 2000 is more for us mobile reflex guys.

If the 2000 has thinner foam, does that mean it has less protection than the others. Or does it mean that they are of a different kind of foam with the same protection?

hey jim, i'm playing with it today and i'll be sure to let you know how it goes. my feeling is that the sizing will be a personal preference thing, but as i have a somewhat slender/average build, i think i like the medium. and they only had medium and small in stock, so the decision was made for me too.

Having seen both, the foam is the same thickness. What is different is that the arms on the 2000 aren't as wide as on the 2100. I own the 2100 and have played with a guy who wears the 553, predecessor to the 2000. So, they have the same protection, just the 2000 has less blocking surface, at least that's what I noticed.

Of course, this is all moot if you go for the NHL spec versions.

The A level is just that .. A level players, mostly former College players and a few Junior A, one guy played in the Canadian JR A league.

Here are some pics. WPG someone already sent me a dibs pm but i deleted it...Opps.. but if and when time comes to sell.. maybe i will do it by lotto..

After wearing it around the house. i am sure it will be fine in a few weeks.. right now though . its not ready for a game that for sure. very stiff.. but that is okay because .. its New

on to the good stuff a few pics with new Cujo Pants..
From those pics of the c/a , it looks like you have an XL instead of a large. See how you have 2 rows of bigger blocks after the little one??? The Large only has one.

I just ran and checked.. i have a small tag on the inside left hand side that says

LG

i am only 5-10 and would swim in an XL..
maybe this one was a custom order with the extra blocks?

but i believe this to be a Large...

Jim

im same height but only 175 and I wear a large. My main argument with this unit is how people constantly say this is for this style and this one is for this style. I play very positional and mobile and ive had no complaints with my unit at all slap shots shoulder shots arm shots none affect this unit I love it. It helps make me look bigger in net plus its light for mobility 2200 is the way to go for sure

i can take a pic showing the tag LG.

my arms are not that long to use a XL

my shoulder to wrist is about 22 inches.
I have owned a size xl miller and it was huge on me.
I will try and get a hold of the orginal purchaser of the CA
and find out if he asked for extra blocks.

I am all of 5-10 and 160 lbs.. this is nuts.. it can not be a xl
its the same size as my 993 size large and battram custom made.. but about a size large..
