First of all, my whole life ive been playing AAA and playing for the best teams across the world. 2 years in a row i won the award for best goalie in russia and we won the nationals. This summer im going to an NHL,CHL, AHL invitational camp that is ONLY for pros and the only reason i got in was because i was scouted to be the ONLY goalie in north america whos not a pro to be allowed to go. Finnaly, next year il be 15 and i will probly be playing in the world cup of hockey in the B divison with great britain. Doesnt sound impressive, but il be 15 against adults, playing for a national team.
Dont question my hockey knowledge or skill based on my age, ive had more experince between the pipes then most of you, and il played hockey in almost every european country against the best teams from north america, europe and russia.
I hope this has shut you up, cus it really should, unless youve got a better resume?

wow, someone's got a big head. This is probably complete BS. Bud, you don't need to lie about yourself to prove a point. I know a kid who TRYS to do this, and no one likes him. He's full of crap. Ofcourse you needed to add the little details like "i was scouted to be the ONLY goalie in north america whos not a pro to be allowed to go".
Bottom line, lying about your resumé is a pretty stupid idea. What is the point? for real.

I'm also going to call this B.S., I have a set of ONE95's and while they may not be for everyone, they aren't built cheaply... the only way I see the straps ripping is if you're a retard that straps them too tight... no wonder the pads didn't work!
I saw a beginner goalie last week at the rink with some RBK 8K's, and he didn't know what the heck he was doing with his gear, they were strapped so tight he could barely go down in them, lol, and when he did they put a lot of pressure on his legs... sounds like what this kid did, lol....

According to the internet.... you do not exist. Yes people i was stupid enough to spend a good 30 minutes scouring the internet for him. But no, the person he speaks of does not exist.
The best part of this whole thing is, is that he said this all to someone who is going to play at Ohio State..... classic

195's
Anyways back to the thread.
I used the whole set this year and find the pads to be probly the best part of the set. The trapper is the worst and the blocker is ummmmm not bad. The pads have good 5-hole coverage, depending obvioustly on ur style. Im a wide butterfly goalie. I played college hockey at plattsbugh state and was on the ice 6 times a week and about 1/2 way through the season found that they broke down very easily.... anyways getting the giguere break RBK's and i realy hope they play like my two pairs 590's i had during my junior career.
Pads= 7/10
blocker= 6/10
trapper= 3/10

Bryan,
Nice to have you join the board. It was a pleasure to watch you this season. It's been a couple years since Plattsburgh had a goalie play as consistently well as you played this year. You guys deserved better in the National Championship game !
Congratulations on a great season !
