I just got off the ice so I'll do a little updating...........

I did a few different things with my pads today:
1)Loosened up the boot strap
2)Loosened up the 2 leg straps
3)Of course I used my new toe setup(lacing)

I didn't feel as much of a difference in the toe as I initially thought but It did loosen up the pad a little bit.....It also made it sit a little differently on leg(lower)This wasn't a bad thing though!I could not tie the toe ties like I used too because the laces were shorter but it is nothing major or something that I can not deal with.
The straps were bit too loose and they were making my knee pads slide down, which was very annoying! But the the loosened up boot strap widened my butterfly a bit, which I think helped me.
Overall I liked the new toe setup but I think I will stick to my old strapping methods

If you have any questions just ask!

One question, why wouldn't Reebok make their 9k glove be a one piece instead of a duplicate of the 8k? (Btw, this thread has the most emoticons i've ever seen in my life.)

Haha, it's because it's an emotional topic!!And yes, they should have made it a one piece cuff!!Or at least one thing in common with the p3 The 9k glove feels very cheap and that is why I am getting an P2 catcher instead of the 9kI don't understand why they made it identical as the p2, especially since it is the next best thing to the p3's!!I could seee them doing this with the 7k but with the 9k....why??I think I would have like a one piece cuffBut I guess I'll never know(well i guess i cant say never)

But overall I think the 9k glove is cheap and not worth it(Go for cheaper 8k) and the fact that Reebok should have made it more like the P3...

And yes I did try to get a lot of emotions in

So, yesterday at my local store I tried on a Reebok Int. Pro catcher, and I llllooooovvved it!!It is an amazing glove!!It feels so natural, the internals are soft and clean ,and is fairly easy to close!I wish I could get it but for me is too much money
I'm sure I'll be just as satisfied with a P2 though

when i owned 8ks i wore the bottom 2 straps tight, and the top 2 loose with them below the knee and loose boot strap. I eventually took out one of the top straps. I think its just personaly preference, but either way theyll rotate great because of the open leg channel.
