Goalie Trivia #16 (First round draft pick flop)
This question is brought to you by GSBB member: Morphius.



Which goalie was drafted in the first round but only dressed for 1 NHL game but didn't play in it? On one cold night after a minor league game, he told the team bus driver to stop the bus so he could throw his equipment over the bridge and into the lake below. HE DID and after that particular incident, he never played goalie again!

WOW...this is a tough!

It was Ray Martyniuk.
The Lake was Moyie Lake about 4 hours from Calgary.
He lives in Cranbrook last I heard.
