Hey Zay, I saw your ad in the classified. To be honest, I think 34 or 35 will be too big for you. I'm almost 6 foot and I'm wearing a 35 +1. I would stay with 33 but add more to the thigh rise to help you seal of the 5 hole while in the butterfly. Also, you're young so you should really work on your flexibility with that aspect of your game.

My knee is at the very top of the knee cradle. Maybe a 34+1? I'm already fairly flexible. I've gotten ALOT more flexible over the past few months. I noticed when I drop to the butterfly my pads are usually sealed but when I practice butterflying like when I'm warming up, my 5 hole is pretty open. (BTW I'm still working on my flexibility, I stretch every night)

You see the goalie in the Vapor 10 pads and gloves? He's about 2 inches shorter than me and he's in 34" pads. I also saw a little kid about 5"4 in 33+1 7.8 vamps. I'm not the goalie who likes huge pads because I'm a mobility (Still full butterfly goalie not hybrid)

Just measure your ankle to knee. Buy the pad that fits that, then custom order it with thigh rise.
