Beginning of the year, I look very awkward in my first game with my "new" gear. Pads actually fit me at the time.

A little later in the year. December to be exact. Still look a little awkward with my positioning and butterfly.

In Feb. I look A LOT more comfortable in my gear and with my positioning, butterfly, etc.

I was turned around in the last pic because I just let in a goal. Koho mask looks PIMP with my gear IMO! Pads at this time of year didn't fit me very well and I was landing in the top of the knee stacks.

Zay .... do you bend your knees at all ? U looked straight up on some of the stance pics with the tip of your stick not even touching the ice.... Maybe your trying to look bigger in the net ?

otherwise not bad.

Back then I stood with my knees barely bent. In my first year I stood like Nabby. I bend a lot more at the knees now. Allows for a quicker butterfly and faster movements IMO.

It has to be a pancake since I can't close it. It really is amazing how much I improved over the year. Faced bout 50-65 shots per game. 5.4 GAA at the endof the season, for comparison my backup had 9.7. Hope to make the midget rep team this year......

zay try to not pinch you knees in for a wider stance you will get stuck with your knees together and it will decrease mobility
