Well the Flyers just faced the best PP team in the regular season winning the series in 5 and we should have won it in 4 so we're really not that concerned. Frankly in the Montreal series they said if the Flyers could score 1 PP goal a game the series was over and that is what happened last night. You can say the regular season doesn't matter all you want, but it's not like the Flyers aren't hot too and didn't just knock out 2 good teams. I'm not saying the Flyers are going to run all over the Pens, I'm just saying it's going to be a damn good series.

I used to live right behind Madison Square Garden for a short while on 30th St. Trust me the only luck in NYC is BAD luck! I got stuck in that horrible blackout. HAHA

And honestly I don't understand at all what nik is talking about. Junior is far from whining about his team. If anything he's keeping high hopes (and jokingly at that) on his team. There's nothing wrong with that.

That's the funny part, nobody understands what he is talking about. The guy is effed up obviously. I was just posting and he starts with his name calling or whatever. No biggie.
People just have to read his comments and see where he is at.

Go Flyers !!!

Yeah it sounds a lot like Obie last night who I think had to be drunk. I understand people wanting to share in the excitement of their team winning, but anymore it seems like people cross the line and go out of their way to actually start their own arguments about it with people who aren't even arguing.

Evildink, some of your stats are a bit biased, IMO. Playoff scoring can't really be considered for comparing the Pens and Flyers because the Pens have only played 9 games to the Flyers 12; show me some point per game stats and I might see it differently. Also, Pittsburgh is a totally different team with Hossa in the line-up, IMO. What was the season series between Pittsburgh and Philly when Hossa, Crosby, and Malkin were all dressed?

lol
I missed later on with Obie but saw he was gone today.

Yea, he went off the deep end, especially dissing Aric.

I think this other guy thinks I wrote that article too. lol

I just copied it from NHL.com , like I said and thought you'd get a kick out of it.

Fooling around is fine but people that can dish it out, you need to be able to take it too.

I was man enough to try to end it but noooooooooo. He has to continue.

I would have liked to see Rangers go on of course but I don't get upset, you just get used to it after awhile. Doesn't change how I feel about them.

I'm going to try and remember to take a picture of my custom Flyers jersey I made for myself . It's at my shop. I'll do it tomorrow and post it.

I can understand you're saying there with the Pens clinching the first series in 4, but we've played 3 more games against tougher opponents and have been getting scoring from all over the place. The Pens scoring has been pretty much centered around Malkin, Crosby, and Hossa. Their getting scoring elsewhere, but not as much as the Flyers. I'm not downing the ens here, but pointing out that I think we have a better balanced attack. Pittsburgh has 2 great centers and another good one in Staal, but all 4 of our Centers are amongst our top performers. Plus we're getting production from more unexpected players like Upshall and Umberger. I think Lupul is due to break out soon as well. You can also say that Pitt is a completely different team with Hossa, but the same can be said about Prospal. Prospal has been a huge difference since coming here, and especially in the playoffs. Plus answering "what if questions" are silly. That's like me saying "What was the season series when Gagne, Briere, Prospal, Richards, and Lupul like when they were all in the line-up?". You can't answer the question or talk about a series in terms of 1 game. Like I said, I think this is going to be a very evenly matched series.

Actually nik the bottom line is the whole thing went completely over your head and you didn't get it. The entire thing was an intentional exaggerated rant kidding about false hope for his favorite team. You've been beating a dead horse ever since. He's tried several times to get that point accross, but you keep on trying to prove you're right. Let it go. Plus frankly I don't think any of us know how old others are on here. We just respond to what is being typed.
