If anyone gets 2 sets of gloves, they should be the exact same. I don't see the logic in having to adjust to different breaks and feel

I think Hroark in going through a denial phase

hmmm

most nhl or pro advancing goalies have two trappers.. why because they tear up when cranked tight or really broken in to catch... What I mean by broken in to catch is some goalies don't break their traps in they rather use them as a second blocker now...(examples: hasek, lundqist) these trappers won't tear up as fast because of all the exrta plastic keeping it from closing... Those nhl goalies like cujo, khabby etc... have their traps made with less padding, stitching in areas.. this makes the gloves broken in right off the bat... however not really durable, and wear fast, but the backup will be ready on the spot (unless you're carey price haha) I personally have two traps just incase the other tears up but I doubt it will..

considering your only 15, there is no way you should have 2 sets IMO.

Seriously is your blocker or catcher going to break? Why would you need a backup? Just get another set whenever you need it instead of buying two sets.

What prospect camps are you going to at 15 ?

Wet catchers don't fit/feel/work the same as dry ones. If you play back to back days, having two identical trappers can be a godsend. Also, wet synthetic leather wears down much faster than dry.

I've actually give up my blocker and use 2 catchers (one full right)

With a b-fly style the stick isnt really needed anyway, and the extra catcher gives me much better rebound controle ....

If you're a baller, you don't need to go to college.

I only have one of everything (except stick). I like to re-use my wet stuff.
