Question The Hockey News - keep em or chuck em?

Ok, so I'm getting ready to move, and I have issues of THN back to 2004. Would you keep them or get rid of them? I was kinda thinking to just keep the goalie issue and dump the rest. . . what would you do?

I kept the goalie issues anc chunked the rest..... I had to go thru the same thing 3 years ago when I moved..... I threw about 70 away kept about 15 of them

no need unless its some milestone issue you want to have around just to reflect upon.

Scan the articles you like the most into your computer, then throw away the rest or make a scrapbook of select articles so you can refer to them later. Keeping old magazines collects dust and little bugs and takes up space.

Everything the moving company packs and moves for you costs you money so be selective. My first move I kept way too much stuff which ended up getting thrown out later anyway, so in effect, I paid to move garbage. See what you can donate. The magazines could be brought to a local library so you can visit them whenever you want and share them with the community at the same time.

I did this recently at the beginning of summer. I threw away a ton (actually i took them to a recycler thing wooo for the environment lol) anyways, i just kept some of my all time favorite ones with good articles and my favorite from Turco's starting season when they had a big article about him, glad to have some more space in my closet though!

You could always wrap your dishes and fine china in 'em.

That's what I did with my hockey catalogs when I moved last month.
