The seating chart dosen't show that the cheap sections are two people per seat.

'Lap up' seats... aka the "family" section.

I just took my 1 year old son to the Skate Zone for public skating and they charged me full price for me and my kid.

I was like, "he's only 1".

The lady replied "have fun then".

Flyers are awesome.

I think the upper reserve seats are the best anyways. Since you can see everything.

Every once in a while my friend who works at the lower gates will find me empty seats on the glass or something so its pretty cool.

Uhm, are you kidding me?

1.00 CAD = 0.98 USD

Pretty much at par, 2% difference.

I usually get free tickets from someone now and then, always primo seats. Otherwise, I usually just buy a $15 ticket then go sit in an empty seat in the $140 section at Stars games.

Vancouvers top seat prices are pretty standard but the cheapest seat is almost $50.00. Thats seems pretty high.

I love watching the people load up on the junk food at these games. Nachos, pizza, hot dogs, beer, liquid sugar (aka soda). They pound it back like its there last meal, I saw three kids pound back about $80 worth of food one game in front of me. Then the parking is like $15.00 anywhere around the rink. Everything is so expensive at these games, but people can't get in line fast enough to pay it.

This is why I really don't go.

Plus HD and 50" tv don't hurt either.
