Are you running XP/Vista? If so, couldn't he change the main log-in to the computer password so she couldn't log in via on-screen help? Unless she is using an email keystroker.
also, if she is using a keystroker, change your passwords on sites from someone elses computer. then set up a word file from the other computer then cut and paste your passwords into the entry boxes from there on out.

I think you might be on to something. I like that idea. Something to start with.

Did she ever have access to the email address you use for those sites? If so, is it an online email like AOL or gmail? If she can access the primary email, all she has to do is click "forgot password" and get a new one emailed, then delete the email and log in.
One of the main reasons I like pop3 emails is once the message is pulled off the server, it's "off" the server.

Get a Gibson computer. They require like five people working together in order to hack them.

If you do have a keylogger installed, nothing you do besides removing it will be enough. Changing the passwords from someone else's computer will just stop her until the next time you get on the site from your computer.
It won't be in Add/Remove Programs. You will either need spyware detectors and/or anti-virus programs.
You might be able to find it in the Task Manager under Processes. Be careful with what process you kill because you might crash explorer. If that happens, just hit the reset button.

If you suspect there's a keylogger installed, then back up all your own data, then wipe and reinstall the operating system. Set up your private account and a guest account. No one, not even your girf, has the right to use your passwords.
While you're at it, turn on your firewall, and permit outgoing mail *only* to your ISP's email server. Basically, turn off all services by default, and open only those that have a legitimate reason to be open.

Check out your Task Manager. If you find any weird crap going on, google the file. If it is said to be harmful end the process, go int your WINDOWS directory and directly delete the file. This is serious, but I need to know, does she seem like a techy-person? If not, it might be someone you don't even know.

I started using this guide a while ago, and theres a section in it about protecting and getting rid of virus, worms, trojans, and various others I hadn't heard of before. I garutee you won't be able to find that keylogger in the add/remove program, but it can't hurt to check out the information in this guide. I got a nasty virus not log ago, and luckily I already knew how to deal with it.

Good tip. More tedious than reinstalling, but faster and less tedious.
If the file can't be deleted because it's in use, then do this: Make a folder on the desktop called "Bad boys". When you find a file that's not supposed to be running, drag it to the bad boys folder. Then restart the computer. Now you will be able to delete the bad boys.
Slightly more tedious but worthwhile is this: Every time you discover a bad file, look for other files with the same exact creation date and time as that one. It's likely they'll be in the same folder or be similarly named. Trash them all, using the bad boys folder technique if you have to.

Well she is one of the smarter girls I have dated and knows her way around computers. The reason I know its her, is because I got an email from her friends husband telling me that she has been checking out sites like my facebook and my msn. This is something he wouldnt know about but she goes over to his house and goes on his computer.
