That depends on whether or not he had his name legally changed to Sinbad or not. But I am pretty sure that its illegal to change your name to one name, I remember reading something a ways back that said that legally, everyone has to have a first and a last name.
Sinbad's real name is/was David Adkins though I am not sure if he changed it or not. I know Hulk Hogan didnt have his name legally changed to that, he still has Terry Bollea on his license, house deed etc and his friends all call him Terry.
EDIT: Sinbad is only his stage name or so his wikipedia site says it is.
