That's unfortunate, and I hope he recovers as completely as is possible.

However, one doesn't get shot 14 times without there having been many, many poor decisions leading up to it.

Or could it have been the usual hood mentality of someone getting pissed because he made it out and didn't give back to his bum ass friends. You never know.

Some people know how to shoot. Not all gangsta's are inept morons. I ran into some "homeys" in the State Forest one time at a makeshift public range. They were practicing not only shooting, but tactics such as firing while moving, moving to cover, etc....

The scariest thing about it was a few of the thugs had level III vests.

Anyhow, shooting someone from 10-15 feet away without hitting anyone else doesn't make one the next Annie Oakley.
