- I started playing street hockey back in the late 70's early 80's, and then moved on to ice and roller by the mid 80's. I quit playing hockey all togther from 84-95 where I started playing roller and ice again, I'm 35 now and still going strong!

- I remember watching Steve Sheilds play and thinking that looks just like me.....only he's actually stopping the puck.

- Well growing up in St.Louis and watching Mike Liut play in the early 80's was very inspirational....I think he just inspired me to play the game itself.
