PFC SPECIALIZES IN DRY LAND TRAINING FOR GOALTENDERS THAT IS DESIGNED TO INCREASE ATHLETICISM, FLEXIBILITY, QUICKNESS, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE AND BUILD CONFIDENCE IN ATHLETIC ABILITY.
Goaltenders can expect to perform in the follow areas:
• Complex total body movements
• Coordination drills
• Reaction ball training
• Plyometrics
• Body awareness exercises
• Core training
• Balance and stability training
• Explosive movement drills
In as little as 3 training sessions you will learn how to train yourself to be a better conditioned goaltender on and off the ice.
