GOALTENDER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING WORKOUT
Along with getting ice time during the off season, you should be taking your off ice training very serious. Off season training is the most important time of year for a hockey player if you want to get faster, stronger and be an all around better athlete.
Below is a program with three different strength and conditioning workouts designed specifically for the sport of hockey.
Please refer to the individual sheets below. Print them off individually
