Keeps33 VK7 gear order start to finish

Alright i have decided on a set of VK7's after using a vk7 catcher for almost 2 months now, very impressed with the mitt and after seeing Psychopomp's(Jeremy) set I was sold.
Here is what i wanna order with pretty much my requests. I wanted to go with buffalo colors as they go pretty well with my bar league team nicely. If any one has any suggestions i would love to hear them otherwise this is goin to be my look.
For some reason colors look weird they're "toronto blue" & Yellow.




I went with grey as a backing and for the binding simply because it will hide dirt etc better than all white. It also goes nicely with the buffalo uni's
These pads will go with my soon to arrive blue pants.

BTW if anyone needs the VK7 pad template- i made this one.

Whats the reason for the cuff removal on the trapper? Is there something in the shape of it (or your C/A) that was hindering your movement? Just curious since I was thinking of getting on of these when my beloved L3000 dies on me.

Yes i have done this to the last three gloves myself, its an easy removal. It seems that part of the cuff always rubs my arm pad on my brown C/A. when my new gear comes in i will most def unload my current vk7 catcher (its white with silver fangs)

Looks very nice! I can't imagine trying to wear 34+3's though... those things are going to be huge. I struggled enough with my 32+2's when I first got them.

I think that you'll like the gear. The Vorteks are rediculously light compared to most pads. I also like the VK7 design, it addresses most of the little nit-picks I have with my VK5's.

You have to load a color-profile in photoshop for your monitor (make sure you have your monitor drivers installed and that you aren't using default PnP drivers), otherwise when you save Windows will display the actual color of the picture and not what Photoshop is presenting as the color. I started having that issue with CS2, wasn't until I loaded a color-profile that I finally fixed it.

Just ordered a vk 7 full set from marc and have noticed a lot of people going plus 3 and to the extreme plus 4!!! My son was a bit apprehensive at plus 2 so we went with a 34 plus 1.5 inches his atk measurement was just shy of 18 at 5-8.He came out of a 34 with no rise matrix 2 that fit him well we just decided to go pro spec 11 wide now.We thought the 1.5 plus would serve him well.
