Real Leather Pads

If anyone is interested, I spoke with Glenn and he has a source to do a real leather pad fronts.

There is an upcharge, the leather has to be hand cut to avoid any defects in the hyde.

This is similar to the leather that was used in the past.

This is about as heritage as you can get. Glenn, also mentioned with the new water-proofing products on the market. The leather will not absorb water as it had done in the past if treated properly.

Traditional shaped shin and knee and outer rolls?

With the new foams and nylon or cord outside gusset...would still be light.

No, our VK5 or Vk7 pad. Just the face of the pad in leather.

I would love to see pics.
Any chance of getting some lighter color leather? Like the old D&R pads?
those very light brown pads were gorgeous ..

The leather is the lighter color. Very similar to the California Tan used by Cooper.

I cannot post pics yet. Our supplier is being kept secret. You know how hard it is to find out where something comes from today.

The internet makes finding things out extremely difficult. It is like almost impossible.

I can say it will not be furniture grade material. It will be of a Sports Grade and Quality.
